HELP with real customer support

Instead of buyers going through hundreds of offers, why can’t we as buyers submit what we need and have the sellers contacting us

Actually you can, look for the section called ‘Buyer Requests’. And best be precise with what you need done, so you´ll get offers from sensible sellers.

Oh and you´re writing in a forum, which is mainly/only read by other sellers and buyers, for real customer support, probably best contact Customer Support (clickable link).

When you are logged in, click this link to go to submit a request. As Miiila said, be precise with what you need. Add an attachment for more info etc. You will get some useless offers but if you give a clear guideline and a realistic offer you will probably get some useful offers too.
