My video preview is only a grey rectangle

Hi, I have a digital painting gig http://fiverr.com/alerafa/paint-a-digital-portrait-from-your-picture



I’ve created a video to be able to show more sample images, but the problem is that now the thumbnail shows only a grey rectangle. According to what I checked in the software I used, the video starts directly with a picture, it has no grey screen at the beginning.



Has this happened to any of you? Now I’m thinking of just removing my video, because it doesn’t look very catchy that way 😦
