What is the protocol for an order that has been processed and paid for and the person isn’t responding to any request for communications? Can you cancel the order and get your money back?

if you marked the order complete or allowed it to auto-complete, it would be a little strange to request a cancellation. The seller can refuse the cancel and might be within their rights to refuse depending on the situation. You would have to explain more.

If the order is delivered but not yet complete and the seller is not responding, be sure to click request modification. That way the order cannot complete until the seller does respond and you would have grounds to cancel if it goes too long.
