Reported job complete but does not deliver order SCAM?

i paid for a gig - M******** reported the job as complete but never delivered my order … she said there was a storm. 24 hours later and I still do not have my product. How do I get a refund and leave a poor rating for her.

You can contact customer support and tell them and ask for a refund.

If the seller hasn’t delivered anything at all and you haven’t seen the order turn complete, you will automatically be able to cancel it for a refund after it’s very late. I think it takes 48 hours now, but I’m not sure. If it comes to that you will get an automated message saying that the delivery is very late and that you can cancel and get your refund in Fiverr credit. It also automatically leaves a bad review. Just take note that this will only work if the seller did not deliver at all and the gig has not been marked as complete.
