My Payoneer card would not connect to my Fiverr, why?

hi,
i followed instructions of how to connect my payoneer card to my fiverr, but it will not connect. when i go back to register, they tell me my username already exists and that i should use the “already have payoneer account”, then i used it, after entering my username and password and clicking continue, it wouldn’t log in, nothing just happens. can anyone tell me what is the cause of this? I am totally confused.
