Cannot withdraw to Payoneer Card

I recently had to be issued with a second Payoneer card that had to be issued due to online fraud. Since then I have not been able to withdraw funds. Have contacted both Fiverr and Payoneer support with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas what I can try next as support does not understand the issue and keeps giving me textbook answers - wait 24 hours or indicating it is Payoneer’s issues.

The only time I’ve heard that someone isn’t able to withdraw funds is because they start the process but never get the email. If the problem is that you’re not receiving confirmation email from Payoneer, it might be because it goes directly to your spam folder or because you’ve accidentally blocked Payoneer’s email address. If you haven’t already, you can try checking your spam folder and your block list just in case.

Thanks for the reply, but no it seems that I need to update my card on fiverr but that option is not obvious as they still have the old card linked.

I didn’t know that was necessary, I guess I’ll have to do the same at one point so thanks for sharing that info. Have you found a way to do it?

i have also faced that problem. my payoneer revenue option is inactive and i contact fiverr and payoneer but not get any positive result.
payoneer told me that , use another payment method but i can’t fixed that issue.
