Fiverr is broken

Frustration is overtaking me. Support is broken, the error message in the zendesk form is " Your response is incorrect. Please try again." which is the most unhelpful error message ever. I have been charged for an order but have no order number and 90% of the support forms need an error number. So I tried the Trust & Safety form which just fails with the cryptic message above. All of them do. What makes it worse is that this is my first transaction with fiverr, they charged my card even after their payment flow broke, and now there is no record of the order at all.

Very scary, scammy.

There was a few issues with the site earlier but that is now resolved, are you still having issues ?

There have been a couple of times I had to put 1234567 in the box for the order number when I didn’t have one.

The order number is sensible though, and one can have it outside Frankenfiverr…

In case Zendesk is still not working for you, you can directly email Fiverr CS from your regular email ID; It automatically creates a new ticket for you in Zendesk.
