What is wrong with Buyer Request

I have been trying to send request to buyer today and whenever i refresh the page, its not sending, i will have to resend the request and if i refresh the page again, i will still see the offer not sent, why?

If you are below 90%, then you can not make a bid

why are you trying to use the buyer request to send an offer to another buyer? If you are a seller you are not allowed to use the buyers request to advertise yourself… In another case if you are a seller and you are trying to send an offer to a buyer who has posted a request, then you need to clear your browser cookie then retry again. I also experienced this issue and this fiverr is doing some maintenance

I had the same problem even with custom offers through inbox. Try using chrome if you aren’t already and CLEAR you cache and cookies. After that it should work 100%
