I contacted with the CS & they replay as follows

Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Any violations to Fiverr’s Terms of Service is also cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
You are welcome to contact us again in 90 days to inquire about any orders or revenues you may have left in your account.

So what i can do now??

Fiverr might actually be toughening up on bad accounts. I had another one inbox me yesterday after seeing my tag. Same scenario. Fiverr had removed his account before I could even write “I’m not CS” and report him. This one also said they told him 90 days and it used to be 45 in most cases. I hope it means it’s time for a good scrubbing on the truly dishonest accounts.
