bitbyteworld Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 You have 33% cancellation ratio.This is the reason you are demoted from both levels.I have 11% cancellation ratio and i demoted from LEVEL 2 to basic member for the very same reason.MUTUAL CANCELLATION does not affect RATING, but it does affect your LEVELS BADLY!!!Its showing your responsiveness is 132 DAYS ( no idea if this is V2 BUG or you are not active on site much)Regards,BITBYTEWORLD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
