Seller has not provided

I placed an order 10/14/2016 and next day got a message:
HERE’S YOUR DELIVERY!
This order will be marked as complete in 3 days.

"Dear sir,
thanks for order me,
i start your work very soon
please chick after 2 days to complete your work
thanks."

However, I did not receive the order.
Unfortunately there was/is an “outage” and could not contact CS for assistance.
Now I am out funds, and can’t get the seller to complete the order.
What to do?
(CS has not responded to my requests for an inquiry, either)

Has the order been automatically marked as complete? If not, you can reject the delivery. If it’s been completed, you can try contacting the seller and asking them to complete the work, or you can accept the order as it is (empty) and leave an honest review, but in that case you lose your money. I don’t think there’s much else you can do, other than waiting for a response from CS.

Also, you should probably remove the seller’s username from your post.

Didn’t see the date, sorry. So the order has been completed and my first suggestion is useless. In that case, I suggest you ask the seller and maybe consider leaving a review since it’s already been completed. That might even scare them into doing the work.

Use the resolution sender and reject the empty delivery.
