i am no more able to send message or respond to buyers how long it will go please help me

@media_inaction - the possibility exists this may be due to the account for the buyer you’re attempting to contact may be undergoing some form of review, as I just tested and was able to send a message without an issue. Is this happening for all messages or messages just to one particular client?

Have you been sending unsolicited messages to other users, like asking them to buy from you? That’s the most common reason for disabled messaging.

Or maybe it’s a bug. You can submit a ticket to Customer Support and ask them if they can help you.
