I need some help... Please

Hi every body! I have a situation: I’ve seen some buyer’s request who attach a sample file (for translating) and they ask you to send it back… The thing is… I don´t know how to do it! I’ve looked into an option in my inbox or anything, nothing that guides me into how can I send a traslated file back to a potential buyer.

I’m still learning how to use some fiverr tools, and It would be nice if somebody with more experience helps me out on this one.

The thing is that I cannot find any option for sending something to that kind of buyers, like an “attach file” button or a way to make contact with that person… I find that buyer’s profile, yes, but that’s it

Ok… So, if the option is not there yet (because it isn’t), why do buyers ask you to send them something back attached in your gig offer? It’s confusing… And thanks for replying so quickly, all of you

For example, here, I can send you a file if I want, the option is right here… and you can do it too through PM if your buyer contacts you because is interested, but right in your gig offer, there is no option, and I don´t know how to contact them first (and if that is allowed, I suppose it isn’t)

You cannot attach files while you are answering a buyer request.
Also be careful with trying to submit free samples. A lot of buyers will say it’s a test and get away with free work. I would recommend to leave a sentense out if you decide to offer a free sample.

Buyers ask you to send them attached files with your gig offer because they don’t know that you can’t do that.

If they ask for a sample, send a previous piece of your work. Don’t send them what they’ve asked for for free. If they ask for an attachment, I usually say, “Please message me if you would like to see a sample of my work.” They often do so. Beyond crafting a well-written offer, you don’t want to spend time working on something when you may not even get selected. Alternatively, post some examples in your gig, and you can refer them to view those instead.
