I got notificition from fiverr that
"To create a fair and respectable marketplace, we ask that you do not try to manipulate or find workarounds to “trick” our system. This is considered as improper behavior and a violation of our Terms of Service."

What is meaning of it i am not understanding.

That sounds like a fairly generic message, but it would mean that Fiverr suspects that you attempted in some way to manipulate some part of your profile, gigs, reviews, or related. A manipulation of that type could include something like multiple accounts to buy your own gigs, attempting to hack or crack the system in some way, or an attempt to artificially change something about your account.

There are too many possibilities to guess, but most likely you are aware of it, since those types of manipulations are not simple and have to be attempted on purpose. I would suggest you take special care to follow the rules and not try to game the system. Whatever you did, they clearly caught the smell of it and will take action if you keep it up.
