UnExplained behavior

When I just started here on Fiverr I made my first gig. It took 1-2 mouths to get about 20 reviews but the gig got placed really well in the category listing, it was in top. After 50 reviews I even made it to the first row. Gig got denied (not important reasons)

Now I made a new gig and it got 20 reviews(all 5 stars) in 1 week or so. But this time, gig was placed well on start but started to drop in category listing and now it is really LOW, like on the bottom. My gig views per day dropped rapidly. I am still selling (returning customers) but it is hard to get to new people. Now gig is still making sales (regulars, few new people) but it isn’t improving on rankings. When you select average customer rating it is ranked on the 5th page and surrounded with gigs that have 3-5 reviews and the last delivery was 3-5 month ago.

Also attached you can find the graph of the gig that shows impressions. So the gig had no changes to it, was making sales but suddenly dropped. It is like someone pressed the button and killed my gig. Anyone has any explanation?

No one knows exactly what causes search ranking. It has been noticed that certain things appear to push gigs up and down.
Things like speed of delivery, number of views turned into orders, buyer reaction (positive reviews vs outright complaints), uniqueness of a gig, editorial focus (Fiverr’s method for de-emphasizing gigs that put Fiverr in a negative light), traffic coming from inside or outside Fiverr, etc.

Some of those probably aren’t related to your issue but I could only guess if any of them do. Have you considered contacting Customer Support to ask politely if anything is negatively affecting your ranking?
