Not Getting Premium Images Which Client Asking

Hi,
my title explaining very well that my client ordered for one image and gave me 2, 3 links for getty images to select anyone but when i search in fiverr system for that premium image with the title of image on getty images it is not showing that image to me, now what to do ?
several orders got cancelled due to images problem.

have you mailed this to support team ?

You should disable that feature for a while if it is not working and use other image providing service meantime.

Do fiverr support know about this.

well, i think Fiverr CS don’t know about this. and I never tried to explain that but I don’t think they will do anything to this.
