Hope you don’t mind me stealing your thread, as I can’t seem to create a new one right now.

Does anyone know if all this spamming is related to Fiverr somehow being hacked, if so, is it just the forum or is the entire Fiverr site vulnerable right now?

There are a few gigs I need to (& want to) purchase, but I’ve been holding off. I guess I’m a little nervous about my CC getting compromised somehow.If anyone knows, then great, if not, I’ll just want until they’ve locked down the site and kicked all the spammers to the curve.

I think the Fiverr time stamp is based in the UK - it doesn’t show up as your own timezone. As for your query about the spam, it’s been going on for a few days, but mercifully is just confined to the forum.

For the rest of the site it’s business as usual, so I wouldn’t hesitate to go ahead with your purchasing.

I can confirm this. It isn’t technically even hacking and it is confined to the forum. It is highly unfortunate and will be fixed as soon as possible. 🙂
