Why was my video denied?

I have two active gigs that I was trying to upload videos to the gallery. I do not know why the video was denied. Can anyone help me?

From Fiverr’s Help section: "In the Gig Video area, drag a video or click Browse and select a video.

Note: This field is optional. We recommend that you mention your services are offered exclusively on Fiverr and make sure your video is no longer than one minute."

Ah, ok. I wasn’t able to find that anywhere for some reason. I looked in the help section, but I guess I just missed it. I’ll have to rework it so it’ll be shorter. Thanks for the response.
