Artist is holding me ransom for PAID artwork, refusing to provide unless
I give him high rating despite this:

1. threat
2. artwork requiring many revisons
3. artwork being LATE.
   FIVERR customer support sends me links that do NOT work & keeps
   sending me new people who are still NO HELP in resolving this!
   Where is the link so I can Rate this seller???

So what are those links that do not work and why are they sending you new people? I thought you already gave him a high rating so you know where the page is? There’s not much to go on here, James. I suggest you try Customer Support again and write a very clear and level-headed description of your troubles and request that they cancel the order. If the seller is indeed guilty of threatening you, then that would be good cause.

I suspect the artwork being late may be related to the multiple revisions; if that’s the case, and the original (first) delivery was within the deadline, that’s not really a good argument.
