2 accounts with similar gigs

Hi! I was wondering if I can create a new account with another paypal email and I wanted to copy the gigs from one account to another (or make them similar). And here are my questions:

1. Is it forbidden to have the same (or similar) gigs on 2 accounts? Will they be deleted or not?
   
2. If I delete a gig from my old account can I create a new the same looking gig on a new account or not?
   
3. Does paypal allow people to have multiple accounts for the same name but with different email and bank account?

You can’t create 2 accounts… You will get banned permanently… I have already asked this question from fiverr support…

It’s against the rules, but I have to say a person ‘can’ get banned - there are plenty of people who do it (or at least brag about it in the forum) and don’t get caught.
