celticmoon
As someone who makes & sells actual objects on Fiverr, I was really dismayed to find a newer seller (“fragglesrock”) with quite a few gigs which even tho they said “I will MAKE…” or “…handmade…” are actually mass-produced, inexpensive items. Even most of the sample photos look to be from a catalogue. I’m wondering how other hand-crafters feel about this. I don’t think reselling is technically against Fiverr’s TOS, but one of the unique aspects of Fiverr is the personal communication with buyers looking for specific goods & services. I did send a message to Fiverr CS urging them to consider banning resellers. If anyone else agrees with me, pls. consider writing them, also. I realize resellers won’t impact those who have service gigs, but I hope everyone will consider supporting those of us who craft. Thank you for reading this!Sheriff’s Note: Calling out users in the forum is not allowed. Please don’t do it
musiclover
Calling out users by name in a negative way, is against the forum rules. The seller doesn’t say “I Will Make”, the gigs actually says “I Will Give”. If the seller has bought the items in bulk as a reseller, I don’t see the problem with it unless you were the original creator of the items.
