Hello Everyone,

I’ve been wondering why I didn’t have any sales in a few months, and today I realized my gig is on hold. How did this happen, and how do I make it active again? I had 100% satisfaction, and I really enjoyed fulfilling this gig because I am good at it. Please help if you can. Thanks!

Did you figure out why this happened? The same thing just happened to me! My gig was on hold and I don’t know why. Also, how do you contact customer support? I used the link above and there is nothing there that can help. There is an instruction to go to the resolution center for a specific order. Nothing is wrong with my order though. Feeling disappointed with Fiverr from the Sellers POV.
