Seller just place the order but leaving without filling the requirement

Hello Friend!

I am the only one who face this problem when customer leaving without filling the requirement. Now in my sales page few orders are showing as awaiting buyer requirement. Sometime I worked for customer before the order. Specially when I do technical jobs like fixing issues. And some customers place the order without filling the requirement. And even though I notify them to fill, they left it as it was and sometime I am unable contact after that.

Will it be a problem for my ratings and how can I get money because I worked for some? Doubt about I am following wrong way.

Mark them as nudge buyer and you can cancel the order.
