Anyone else losing their Levels and getting their Messages restricted?

In last 12 hours I have got my messaging restricted 3 times and lost levels twice after being restored by the Support



When I contacted the support they said



"I’m sorry that you lost your level. You actually did nothing to cause this. We had some technical issues recently that have probably caused this to happen, as it seems that your account is eligible for the level. The problem should be fixed now. We’re sorry for any discomfort may have caused by this."



Now I lost my levels again and waiting for their reply but the bug is happening a lot
