Hi I need a logo for a new business, using a Facebook page, instagram and business card at this stage. I have no idea what file types are what, or if I need social media kit? Would love some advice before I order to avoid wasting sellers time …

Why not ask the seller you’re considering?
I’m sure they’d be happy to help you if they’re in need of sales.

But I’d say one of the best image formats for web use is typically .png’s because they’re common and a lossless type image.
High Quality JPEG’s are good as well. (low quality jpg’s are horrible.)

I don’t know what a social media kit is, so I don’t know how to comment about that.
