What to do if you can't contact your seller

I wondering what to do if you can’t contact your seller after they did a crappy job? I’m trying not to give a bad rating but this seller isn’t leaving me much choice.

if you are not satisfied with job then you can ask refund and cancel order, If seller not refunding you can contact customer support for issue resolution. thanks
