Mostime, hormones, situations etc. triggers mood swing, PAUSE! Check what you’re thinking of at that time, then consciously change to thinking of something else that brings you joy… As you focus your mind on those things, signals are sent to brain for change in activity… The mood lifts.

Ensure you note the mood triggers and plan a counter action. You can choose how you feel by controlling your thoughts, not it controlling u.

As a man thinks, so he is. Guard your heart with all diligence…that’s the seat of power, your mind, the engine room of your life. Take charge!

I just watched a movie called The Fantastical World of Hormones. Very interesting.

This is very profound:
You can choose how you feel by controlling your thoughts, not it controlling u.

Another way of saying this is: The mind makes a great slave but a terrible master.
You are the one in charge of everything. You are NOT your mind. Realizing this is the first step to freedom from being at the mercy of moods, thoughts, and basically any problem.
