You just have to put in the username to find someone as in : Fiverr.com/fairydawn

That user exists but appears to have been inactive for 2 years. There are plenty to choose from doing these video types as whiteboard/blackboard/explained videos in this category: https://www.fiverr.com/categories/video-animation/whiteboard-explainer-videos/#filter=auto&page=1

I suggest choosing someone with good reviews and samples, recent deliveries and perhaps contact them to make sure communications go well before ordering. Good luck!
