"Hire Developer $60 per hour" got this message from diffrent user

I got some message continously from different user. I got 8 message within 2 minutes. They just sent me a message with a short link. When I clicked I was redirected a blog site. There are many post about $60 per hour hire developer.
Anyone facing this problem?
