******** not Working after Payment

If the order is open and late you can cancel. If it
was delivered but not done and was marked complete to can ask for a cancel, but you should never mark complete an order you didn’t get.

If it’s only been a few days you can try again or explain to Customer Support. If it’s been longer that 14 days, or especially 30 days, you can still try CS but you really must never mark complete a delivery that was empty or no good. The longer it’s been, the less change of a refund.
