What happens if you change the category of you're gig?

I was thinking of switching my gig from sound effects and loops to custom songs is this possible???



I attempted this but my gig stayed on sound effects and loops but it said I changed category…

I would assume that it is indeed possible, because if you edited your GIG majorly then you would need to be able to change the category.



The fact it has not worked though I can’t really say anything about. You may need to pop a question to customer service.

As far as I am aware, it’s not an instant update. Sort of like when you make a new gig and put it in a category, you may not see it until the next day. Have you waited at least 24 hours or so?

I am too scared to wait that long I was hoping I could do it and then see where my gig ends up on the page right away so I could switch it back if it is a bad location. I don’t think I am going to risk it as it is on the first page of loops already
