Victim of Fraud on Fiverr

I am impressed!
I payed 100$ to *********** for a website and he didnt accomplish the work. He delayed and posted things that has nothing to do with the request. I communicate with him through messages but he didnt answer and shows “On Vacation” I reported Fiverr but no actions!!!
I have to talk to the banks to advise the customers about paying Fiverr./ If you know any information about other fraud please let me know
