katm3s Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 I started my gig back in March, and i’ve picked up a fair amount of traffic on my main gig. There was one instance where I received a bad review due to a late delivery (completely my fault, had a lot going on but there are no excuses) and ever since then i’ve had a steep drop in orders. It was one mistake, and since then i’ve tried to work twice as hard to deliver to my buyers. Will I ever be allowed to level up? Can I redeem my gig and get more buyers? intuitionhost Posted June 3, 2013 Share Posted June 3, 2013 I personally think you can still level up and redeem yourself. It just takes time. Change up those keywords if need be and keep promoting. If there is a drastic issue, then talk to CS. They are pretty snazzy in fixing things, maybe they will be able to further guide you.
