cancelling an order after 6 attempts (first delivery + 5 attempts, as I understand) doesn’t seem very fair to the seller’s work and time. Unfortunately art and design sometimes don’t work out as we desire (it happened to me several times as a buyer, so I can understand your disappointment) but at the same time there must be respect for somebody’s time spent on our projects, and we have to pay for it.

That said, if your reason for cancellation is something more objective (i.e. you and the seller agreed on a certain format of the file and now they can’t deliver it, or in general if the seller can’t deliver what he promised…) then you can contact Customer Support and ask to cancel the order.
