I have no paypal account but my friend has it. But he added this account in his personal fiverr account. Now if he permits me to use his account for withdraw my fund from fiverr, now I have forgotten security question as i want to change my email? Please help me and kindly give me a better suggestion.

You can’t have two fiverr accounts both withdrawing money into the same Paypal account.
You need to have your own Paypal account.

You shouldn’t use 2 different accounts with 1 paypal address if they come to know both the accounts will be at stake. Contact the CS team about Security thing i don’t think that they can give you access to change
