In my gig shows wrong review statistics

Reply to @rossonomous: hi i contact fiverr support and they said that it has happened because of canceling and order directly without contacting the buyer!!

what actually happened was that one buyer bought a gig from me and after putting information and even after i replied he never reply back to me!!!

so i waited till the last day of the gig and then… since buyer is not replying, i did not wanted get a bad review so what i did is directly canceling that gig,

that caused a bad review!!!

so what i learnt is no matter what happened do not cancel a gig directly!!!
