I could not complete a work because of my illness that why the buyer cancel the order and 1 star review. What can I do now?

You will have to find some way to get reviews to raise your percentage. You should always cancel if you cannot complete a gig. It is very hard to come back from a 1 star review in the early days. Good luck.
