Where do I change my Instructions for Buyers?

I do editing & proofreading. Some clients want only the revised document; other clients want to see the markup and accept or reject my proposed edits.

I need to add this to my current instructions, but I can’t find where to make changes in Instructions for Buyers.

Please help. I’ve already spent nearly an hour looking for it

When you try to edit your gig description you’ll see Overview, Pricing, Requirements and Gallery at the top of the page. Click on Requirements and you can input all the instructions there. Note that this will hold the timer and the order won’t officially begin until the buyer has submitted the information.
