I agree with this, in the 3 years I have been doing Fiverr, one thing I noticed is that buyer requests in general are much tougher gigs than regular buyers as they usually have specific demands for a lower budget and can nitpick at things general buyers wont. If you choose to place a request with a buyer without completely understanding what they want…it could end up with a stressful gig experience.

That being said, the buyer requests also have hidden gems that can fill in a void of lack of orders very nicely. They are also fantastic for new sellers looking to get that all important level 1 status.

Just remember to stick to your limits and don’t oversell yourself. Keep to what you are good at always and you will find that once have a large amount of orders completed, your average customer rating will keep you at the top of your respective category

I Think Most of the Sales Can be Gained by sending requests to more than 20+ on the day it was posted , if you do late you waste it

Why so i have some tricks where i attract buyers to my request …

when you post late you request putted on top 🙂

Still don’t get it. I don’t see anything specific for custom orders. I only see a message “You must have active gigs in order to see new buyer requests!”. I m first time here so sorry for silly question.

thanks for posting these two tips. didn’t know a buyer could make only 10 requests. do the denied ones count? i’ve tried posting a request twice and it was denied both times. and there’s no clue as to why. i’d be happy to make the changes to my request if i knew what changes need to be made. is it not detailed enough? is the money not enough? can’t the request be something that leads to a discussion so i know how to make my request more detailed? i feel left in the dark. with no clue as to how to shed light.

You have to add some gigs (Services you want to sell on fiverr) and then you will not face this message.
You can send theme custom orders in buyer request section.

I genuinely don’t see 10 things to use my buyer requests on.
I looked through the buyer requests, and saw:
-60 people wanting simple programs that would require me spending all day learning an obscure API
-1 person wanting an image processing algorithm in any language the programmer liked

Which gave me only one thing to user a buyer request on.

you only have 10 requests so use them carefully.

1.Don’t start sending requests randomly

2.Don’t consider a request which already got 20+ requests.

These two are the main points you should have in mind while sending buyer requests.

one more thing,you guys should only respond to that offer which you are 100% sure that you can do it.

instead of sending gig orders you guys should use custom orders.

why i recommend customer orders ? because you guys can freely select cost and delivery time.

“Don’t send a offer if you gonna go outside for few hours because when you get back to home and open your laptop and see you have got response from a buyer 2 hours ago but when you are going to reply they gonna say that they gone with someone else and it will also decrease your response rate”

Now solution of this problem

“Download the fiverr app in your mobile phones and if you are outside you will get notification and you can reply to all messages you got from buyers through fiverr app”

yea some spammers posting seller requests on buyer requests section as fiverr said they are working on it and fix this issue soon

Yes. What I see most of the time is a seller posting their requests on buyers request. It pisses me off, Fiverr should scrutinize those sellers and make them understand it’s for buyers only.
