Better be careful that this trick doesn’t get your account slapped by Fiverr’s Trust & Safety department. From the terms of service:

Phishing and Spam - Fiverr takes the matter its members’ security seriously. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent.

In other words, according to the terms of service, Fiverr considers sending sales-related messages to clients outside of an order page to be spam.

Do it at your own risk.

But you are right
We only need to send it 1st time not again and again
If we send them again and again same messages then it will be the reason of ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

Actually, no - you don’t need to send it even the first time because whether it’s the first time or the 10th time, it’s still spam and can still get your message center locked or your account suspended. It’s okay to send such a message at the time of delivery or as an update to the order before delivery, but anything outside of an order that a buyer requested is strictly verboten.

That’s exactly why I never contact them after the order is completed. Usually, I write in my review ‘‘Looking forward to working together again!’’ or something similar. I find it very annoying to contact buyers after delivery.
