Cannot respond to messages

Is anyone else having a problem where the text field is missing when you open a message from your inbox. I have a prospective large client inquiring about my services but I cannot respond to him because the text box is missing.

I’ve tried clearing my cache and using different browsers and still see the same result. I have already submitted a support ticket, just wondering if I am alone on this issue.
