Did fiverr stop giving 1st page exposure to gigs you ask to review for featured spot?

I asked to have 5 different gigs reviewed for featured spot and while they got denied, they were given front page exposure instead which still drove a ton of sales. My last 3 attempts have gotten neither though. The last 3 gigs were no different in format than the first 5, obviously different services, but they all fit the criteria.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed a pattern?

Well, you can ask Customer Support for a bump to the front page spot…

Anywho, I just checked out your gigs… gonna send you a PM/pick your brain.

I mean they used to do it automatically when I asked to be reviewed for featured, but the last 3 times the message was “it’s not in our focus to provide additional exposure to your gig” so I took it as a no.

They may either limit how many times you can ask seeing how I’m sure people are asking them to do it often. Or, they check your stats and notice that you aren’t putting forth the effort to promote your own gigs. I’m sure they don’t want you to use them as a crutch to get sales. How often were you asking? When was the last time you asked them? Did the gigs you recently requested had good feedback and number of sales or were they new?

I asked last about 2 weeks go. Asked every few weeks prior. The gigs I requested all had 100% feedback, some of they ones they put on front page were brand new some had around 20 reviews.

I want to ask Customer Support but I feel wrong about doing that. At the same time, my voice over gigs are so much fun and I’ve had over 30 happy buyers! Maybe it’s time to ask.
