I can't find where to complete

I did a gig which included a few messages back and forth between me and my buyer (1st one) but now when I go into my account to confirm it is done I can’t find the area to do that! I can read gigs etc and I can go to my manage sale where it shows my gig in progress but I can’t find the emails we swapped or where to enter that I have completed on time. Please help I have only until tomorrow

The chances are you may have discussed the details over inbox messages rather than the orders page? Try having a look in your inbox.



And to deliver the work, on the sale page there is a button “Deliver Work”. Click that and you then have the option to attach files and write in the text field.

If there’s really an order, it will appear in the ‘manage sales’ section. Or else, the buyer hasn’t ordered yet. Once he has ordered, you view the progress of the order by clicking on it under ‘manage sales’. Inside, you’ll find that ‘Deliver Work’ button below.
