Buyer Requests Issue

Hello Guys,
I have an issue with my buyer requests.
At the start my buyer requests were 400+ but nowadays they are getting decreased and has reached to 93, secondly all of them are fake like everyone has introduced himself there in the buyer requests.
Any useful suggestion to resolve this issue???

Buyers can request custom orders directly from sellers, eliminating the need to go to the buyer request section. I assume (you know what they say about assumptions lol) this is driving down the number of requests shown in the buyer requests section.
