TO-DOS notifications updates issue

Few days ago me work for the client and deliver work before time, he rate me with 5 stars and me also rate him with the 5 stars but I don’t know why its in the to-dos area its never removed from there, if any one have some suggestion for this share with us.

It happened to me in the past and the resolution was Fiverr CS.
