Free youtube marketing using FIVERR

Hi all,
Most of the time I get message from chinese people with a link to youtube video and telling to fix and edit it. This messages are so FAKE! They try to increase VIEWS on their video free of charge using FIVERR sellers.

These messages are very annoying. I tried to contact fiverr and inform this. But unluckily no chance.
Below attached image (screen shot) is for your reference which I received recently.

If someone can inform this to fiver please do so.
