Fiverr Payments - How to do away with 2 week waiting period?

I am new to Fiverr and read somewhere that you should ask customers not to rate you if you want to draw your money sooner. Apparently the two week clearance only begins once you have been rated. However, I think a rating for your work is incredibly important, especially if you are just starting out. Can I have your view or comments please.
