I am a newbie, and I would like to know what are the steps or process that I need to undergo to apply for jobs and find clients. I’ll appreciate your reply. Thank you in advanced!

There two ways you get the job, first buyers search you, but as you are new, you will be not shown in the search results. Second way is to respond to buyers requests, where you apply to jobs which buyers have created. Attached is a screenshot to help you
