Working on a Huge project for world wide consumption. In need of 100’s of sellers and to build teams of sellers for full time rapid gigs

Well, you would have to start by saying what you job project is before hiring a few hundred sellers.

My only other advice would be to not try and entice sellers with the old spell, “we’re the most amazing business in the world and we’re going to send you loads of consistent work.”

Most genuinely talented sellers don’t need to worry about the regular work aspect as we all know that our individual best results (financially) come from working with lots of different individuals and groups. Also, the line in question usually translates as, “oh dear, how do I get rid of this one?” on the seller side of things.

Perhaps most importantly at all, make sure that you are willing to pay sellers fairly for their time and never ask for discounts on bulk orders.
