Additional delivery time?

How about having an option to add additional days to the project? Maybe this is something only the client can have. This would be very useful when the customer takes many days to reply your emails, to approve the draft (proof) or even to answer a question you asked and because of their delay, you will be late. At this point you can request the client to add a few extra days to allow you to complete their project without being penalized or forced to cancel the order.



Any thoughts/comments on this?

In terms of having it on the clients side, it is actually quite a good idea.



However, it is just something else for people to argue about. Maybe the client themselves take 3-4 days to reply to a simple question and then refuse to add extra time?



There are a lot of different scenarios of course.
