This would be very useful when the customer takes many days to reply your emails, to approve the draft (proof) or even to answer a question you asked and because of their delay, you will be late. At this point you can request the client to add a few extra days to allow you to complete their project without being penalized or forced to cancel the order.Any thoughts/comments on this? Maybe the client themselves take 3-4 days to reply to a simple question and then refuse to add extra time?There are a lot of different scenarios of course. neykoll Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 A good idea, perhaps it could work like the mutual cancellation system, a seller can offer it, or a buyer can suggest it and the other must approve it.
